Where are you located?
We are located at 8053 Black Willow Lane in the south end of Ottawa, formerly known as Metcalfe. New this year, we will have a booth at the Metcalfe Farmer’s Market each Saturday from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM. The address for the Market is 2821 8th Line Rd, Metcalfe.
How much do you charge?
Prices vary based on the level of detail and size of the order. Cookies start at $2 each for drop or non-decorated, and $5 to $6 each for most decorated cookies.
Cupcakes start at $4 each, and go up from there depending on details and complex flavours.
Cakes are priced based on size, design, and lead time (I typically require 2 weeks’ notice for cakes). Please contact me to discuss specifics of your order and I would be happy to bake up some smiles for you!
How far in advance do I need to order?
Orders that are placed without a minimum of 2 weeks’ notice may be subject to rush fees, which are typically 5% of the cost of the order.
Do you deliver?
Depending on location and my schedule, delivery may be arranged for a small fee.

I’m so glad you asked! I am a home-based baked goods business located in the south end of Ottawa, formerly known as Metcalfe. I offer cookies, cakes, cupcakes, and hot cocoa blooms (cocoa bombs just sound so explosive!). How do you handle allergies?
Sweet And Naughty Delights products are produced in a home kitchen not subject to public health inspection that may also process common food allergens such as: eggs, dairy and wheat. Soy may be present, as it may be found within an ingredient used, such as sprinkles, for example. As such, cross contamination of these ingredients may occur.
While my baked goods do not contain peanuts or tree nuts, please note that, I may use food colouring which may be processed in a facility which also processes milk, soy, wheat, peanuts, tree nuts, fish and shellfish. Cross contamination may exist without my expressed knowledge.
While I take steps to minimize risk and safely handle the foods that contain potential allergens, please be advised that cross contamination may occur, as factors beyond my reasonable control may alter the formulations of the food ingredients used, such as changes in manufacturers’ formulations without my knowledge.

What are your hours?
Being a home-based business, I’m quite flexible on pick-up times. Please let me know your preferred time and we can work out specifics.
How do I pay for my order?
Please note that pre-payment is required to secure your order and is due at time of receipt of your quote. Electronic forms of payment include etransfer or PayPal.
When visiting us at the Metcalfe Farmer’s Market, you can pay by cash, credit or debit. We will be at the Market each Saturday from 9:00 AM until 1:00 PM from May until October. The address for the Market is 2821 8th Line Rd, Metcalfe.
Can I cancel my order and get a refund?
Please note that cancellations with a full refund will only be accepted if made at least one week ahead of the scheduled pick-up date. If you cancel your order within one week of the agreed-upon pick-up time, we are unable to offer a refund.
